- 1 beef patty (150g)
- 1 hamburger bun (50g)

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15g)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (15g)

- 1 slice of onion

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the beef patty with salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef patty on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.
- While the patty is cooking, toast the hamburger bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
